If this is the same as I think Park Avenue Townhomes--then yES!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I think it's the same place---off of otter lake rd & Hwy 96--

I lived here for a year. I don't believe we ever had any problems.
Neighbors were great! well except for like one college neighbor--but he was across the street and that's bound to happen in any community.
