Good Apartments BUT Property manager is rude

Apartments are new.
BUT the property manager Paul Witzal is so rude.
If you have kids then he may blame them for anything not working or broken in your apartments. Good thing is that since the apartments were new we hardly had to called him or else we may have had not stayed so long.
You do not find any other person from management to whom you can even complain about the property manager.
I would suggest Cedrics Landing apartment which is just across the highway. It has more amenities and good staff.
