We have stayed in these apartments for nearly the last 4 yrs (only b/c we are in school and can't be moving all the time). The manager, Paul W., is the worst possible manager He is completely rude and has a very poor work ethic. Apartment office hours are supposed to be 8 am - 3pm daily and we have yet once to actually see him in the office during these hours. He basically lives here for free, double parks in the one indoor parking spot allowed for each apartment and NEVER EVER fixes things in a timely fashion. Just this weekend some poor family had to try to move everything out of their apartment through the single front door since the garage door was broken and Paul wouldn't fix it since it was the weekend! I overheard him talking to his "partner" about how he should be raising the rent even more in this place since tenants would be "lucky to live here". A BIG red flag! He also has violated the Minnesota Landlord Disclosure Statute by not telling tenants that he changed overseeing agencies - we found this out the hard way when we had a problem and found out that the company on our lease hasn't managed these apartments in years! In fact, Paul partnered up with some from Bruggeman and now THEY own it - but it wasn't changed on the leases!!! This current manager is the worst there could ever possibly be - he is scum out to make a buck. Needless to say, do NOT rent from this hell hole!
