This place is by far the best apartment I've been in. There is underground heated parking for free. You can pay $50 / mo. for the VIP parking (which is just one level lower with restricted access).

The walls are not perfectly insulated. I do hear some noise which comes from above, but never enough to complain about. I'm a big audio / video fan so on occasion I like to use my surround sound. No one has ever taken issue with it.

The building landscape and scenery is fantastics.

The maintenance staff is somewhat small, but they are very quick. They even do follow ups to make sure everything is to your satisfaction.

The staff is extremely friendly. I would say they are almost "too friendly". They go very far out of their way to make sure you're taken care of.

Overall, the place is the best I've seen. The location is key. It's literally walking distance from Champps, Jakes, Old Chicago, Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Hollywood Video, AMC Movie Theater, the mall, TGI Fridays, Biaggis, Wildfire, Redstone, Noodles, Chipotle, and Punch Pizza (that's not even everything). It's expensive enough to keep the riff raff out but not so expensive that it would be better to get a mortgage.

There is a hot tub, pool table, rec room with hdtv, internet / computer room, racket ball court, basketball court (indoor), and an exceptional workout room (as far as apartments go). There are also very nice courtyards with grills (again, fully enclosed to keep the riff raff out).

Apartments have central air & heat which is great (the wall units and floor board heaters are junk - I will never live in another place that has them). Kitchens are gorgeous, cherry or maple cabinets new appliances. Washer / Dryer in unit which is a plus. Very spacious.
