Years at this apartment: 2009 - 2009
I lived at WBM for 6 months and there are definitely more negatives than positives about the place. First, the positives: the rooms were large - the master bedroom was huge, and lots and lots of storage. The laundry room was okay.
Now the negatives: it took management 2 1/2 months to set up the dialer so I could buzz people in (on a six month lease!), the walls are very thin. Our neighbors weren't too bad, but you could hear EVERYTHING that they did. One of the grossest things I have ever experienced there was due to the fact that the bathrooms from two different units are back to back (use your imagination from there). The common areas were cleaned more often by us than by management, there were tiles broken on the stairs that really made them unsafe. The apartment had an odd smell. It is hard to describe, but when I got my Christmas decorations out this year (at a different location), they still smelled like the apartment.
It was a cheap place to live, and it worked for that, but if your expectations are any higher than four walls and a roof, I would look elsewhere.
