I have lived here for 3 yrsand have never had any problems except for maintnance not fixing things on time and some of the people they have let move in over the past year. They fly in and out of the parking lot, blare their music, have loud parties on their balconies. Also the parents let their kids run wild. It almost feels more like a college dorm than home. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l

I have lived at White Bear Royal for 2 years, and have found that the people and managment have been fair and caring to one another. I think the people who are disgruntled are the ones who can not follow rules and like to blame everyone else for there problems. I enjoy living at White Bear Royal.
