I've been living at White Bear Royal for approx. 2 years and love it. I've never had any issues with anything since I've been there. I think Irene the property manager is very sweet and polite. The pool is very well kept. The grounds inside and out are always well kept. But like with everything in life you have to respect to get respect. I love it here and wouldn't move until I buy my house.
