the worst manager It looks like a nice apartment, but this reputation of the place could be ruined just by an non-profession, non-career-ethic manager, Paul W. This person is the worst one I have ever dealed with, who could hung up the phone to a potential customer for two times.

Great Place I've been living at White Bear Royal for approx. 2 years and love it. I've never had any issues with anything since I've been there. I think Irene the property manager is very sweet and polite. The pool is very well kept. The grounds inside and out are always well kept. But

I liked it I lived here for a year. I really liked this place. I thought it was quiet and people kept to themselves. My rent was cheap but I had what I needed. They accepted cats too, which made me happy. I had a nice apt. It was clean and I really liked the kitchen/ living room layout.
