Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
This place must have been built with cardboard for insulation.
I could hear clearly every coversation my neighbors were having, even on different floors.
The managers are friendly and helpful, maintenance is fairly quick.
If you value your privacy, peace and quiet, and sleep when you need it, look elsewhere.
the parking lot and garages are too tight even for mid-size vehicles.
My car suffered hit and run damage one night.
No security cameras.
Nice appliances, spacious apartments.
But get some decent insulation and soundproofing for Christ's sake!!!
