Where to start...
I have lived in valley manor or a little over six months and it was hell.
I have to agree with the two before me about the walls being paper thin.
I do not live on the top floor and the people above me are very loud.
Don't bother telling management because they will not listen.
They just think you are being unreasonable.
It went more than a week before they fixed anything.
The washer and dryers are older than the hills and dont bother drying two loads you might start a fire not to mention it will blow a fuse.
Happened many times to me.
If you get home late good luck with trying to find a place to park.
Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone.
All it turned out to be was a nightmare.
