I needed to be close to work at 3M. I found this place by accident and am so happy. It's brand new. I'm in a one bedroom facing the courtyard. I seriously looked at EVERY apartment community in this area. Many places were less expensive, however, when you add up the cost of; paying for your own laundry, fitness membership, parking, etc it only made sense to pay a little more for rent and get those things included in your rent! I'm hoping in a year I can buy instead of rent since for me it's a better investment. The staff also has townhomes they sell so I'm crossing my fingers that I can make the numbers work. I give this place an A!
