I have lived in City Walk for over a year and am generally pleased but in hindsite would have chosen another location to rent. The amenities and upkeep are great (large workout area, nice pool, well-kept landscaping, etc) but I am not impressed with the overall living experience. I was lucky enough to move in while the building was relatively vacant, but now that I have neighbors the building has been very noisy. Maintenance also seems to be sub-par. When I moved in there were cracks in the walls and paint on the carpet. I was promised to have this taken care shortly after my move-in, however none of this has been resolved after more than a year. Office staff is also a hit or miss. One day the office personnel will be extrememly helpful and the next my request is a huge inconvenience or there is no response at all. For the high price tag I would have expected to be more impressed.
