From day one there were problems. Office staff was rude and often made mistakes. Lease mysteriously changed at renewal but since I didn't read the 20 pages line by line I didn't know that there were some major changes.

For a 'High End' unit I was disappointed that they didn't shovel the walk. The plows were terrible, often leaving heaps of ice and debris at the end of our driveway so we had to shovel our way out.

Animal population not maintained well. A lot of dogs off their leash. We had several unleashed charging dogs threaten our family. Yards not cleaned up after pets. My children couldn't play in yard due to the constant 'mess'. Complaints did nothing, no changes in the 2 years.

There were scores of dead frogs in the pool from July through the rest of the summer - very Gross. There was also an ever present 'Adult Theme' at the pool with smoking and topless tanners. Many older kids swearing and wearing clothes in the pools.

The work out room has you on display after sundown (which is 4:30 in the winter) with no shades on the windows and its very prominent placement.

Overall I would never recommend this complex. The bright note in our experience was the maintenance staff, always on time, always fixed it right and always with a smile.

i agree i think that the place is poorly managed and the quality of the apartments are beyond poor. I pay $1200 for 1100 sq ft.Thats crazy. i will not be renewing my lease and i hope ive warned others about this hell hole
