I am a resident at Avion Ridge and I have had no problems. I did have a light go out in the kitchen late at night and it was replaced the next day. The staff is very helpful. Peggy does a wonderful job for me. Anything I have ever wanted or needed she has helped. You can hear the neighbors above you but when I lived on the top floor everything was great. Love the design of the apartments. I have really enjoyed living here. If you are a person that is easily annoyed you might consider the top floor.
