OK for starters I'm not here to bash or mislead anyone. The bottom line is DO NOT RENT HERE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, well I have a few good reasons, For 1) Peggy, The so called office manager, well she is as ignorant as anyone could be. She treats people like the dirt on the bottom of her shoe's, also I think this is just funny, she is in a managers position but when she was typing the news letter each month, Bet on it, there were a lot of misspelled words. OK enough of Peggy. The apartments are cheaply made, i.e: You can hear your neighbors clearly, The title is already showing defects, The air quality is very poor, we have to change the air filter like every 3 weeks, The appliances suck, There is an icky slimy film in certain areas of the parking lot, Sometimes there is trash in the parking lots. I asked if I could paint my apartment the color of the model they said sure, BUT the tenant has to buy the paint. If you do rent here, word of advise, DO NOT LET THE MAINTENANCE CREW IN YOUR UNIT UNLESS YOU ARE HOME, otherwise plan on coming home to BROKEN things and then the Office, Management and maintenance will deny it. Good luck, Seriously I advise you LOOK elsewhere to rent.

PEGGY IS GONE!! The manager is gone and they have a NEW staff and I couldn't be any happier...read my post!
