The local management could not be trusted. The apartment had a water leak between my apartment and the one in front and it took two months to get the common wall fixed.The electrical panel in my appartment was not labeled correctly and was labeled for a two bedroom instead of a three. I asked each time I was in town to have it fixed and recieved the same answer"we will look into it". I was promised my deposit back by Peggy Sutton and never recieved it. I broke my lease because I bought a house. I talk to Peggy and was assured that because of the condition I left the apartment in and because the apartment was rented and occupied the day I moved out I would not be pentilized and would get my 200.00 dollars back. NOT THE CASE.I had also talked to Peggy about long term rentals in other states because I travel and need accomemdations were I go, this will not happen. The noise from the apartment above and to my side was a major problem. The police were at the complex I lived in 6 or 7 times in the year I was there. Broken beer bottles and loud parities were a weekly event. If this was the last place to live I would pitch a tent.

That was when Peggy Sutton WAS manager. They are under NEW MANAGEMENT as of August 2007! In most cases if someone breaks a lease, they are charged termination fee's and forfeit deposits. Guess you should be happy about NOT being charged a termination fee?!

Sounds like the repsonse above is the management. It's not a great place!
