We moved into a 3 bedroom apartment in Nov. 2007. We love these apartments, they are very modern and roomy. The management is great and very friendly! If you do have anything that breaks the maintenence guys fix it right away. They have a great workout room and tanning bed open 24-7 and the clubhouse is beautiful! I would recommend these apartments to everyone! I have a 7 year old son who never wants to move!

Welcome to the dark hole. All the "luxury" title they have, it's not all luxury. First, you pay for water and trash, that's rediculous. I've never lived in any place that charged me for the water...then, on top of that, they use a company to "collect" the bills, so they charge their fee. How about the pool, when I moved it, it was suppose to be open 24 hours, then cause no one would kick the bad people out, of course the good people lost their access to the pool at later hours. The management is friendly, once you move in. Then your locked in. For example, I've talked to people around the complex and met one couple that live there, they had a faucet break, they were told that they used to harsh of a cleaning agent and it broke the plastic. Ok, no way that could happen. They'd be using acid. There's more stories, I'd love to post all, but it would take up a lot of room. Oh, and talk to becky, if you have a problem, she'll grab your folder and try to find anything wrong with your apartment and then blame you for it. Which, the thing she said was my fault, was 100% the management fault. She didn't have much to say after that. I haven't heard one person say they like living there. People live 1 year there and move out. I moved in and the first thing I heard was, well, your .... now. Kind of nice hearing that from the residents. Before you live there...talk to the residents! The so called solid surface countertops, it's one slab of solid surface, everything else, plastic laminate. Oh, check the outlets, they're all crooked. Last thing, they spray every 3 months for bugs....that could be a problem. I could see maybe 2 time a year, but 4 times, something's wrong there.

my best friend lived there , i had actually lived w/ her 4 a couple months and i thought it was great! that was 2 years ago though.. so im not sure how it is now but i know then it was great.. nice and clean fitness room & tanning bed.. beautiful lounge and computer room and the apartment was very nice and roomy.. we never really had any problems... but idk everyone has there own opinions i gues.. and some plp look for problems too.. jus my opinion.. but i thought it was great and was actually thinking about moving there..
