I would never tell anyone to move in here! Way to expensive for the crap you get. Your deposit, you only get half back, trash..you pay for it, water, yep, electric, of course that should be paid for by you, that's standard. For "luxury", I'd think that other stuff would be paid for. Plus, the complex is pretty vacant, they say it's pretty full, not even. Look around at the other complexes, don't waist your money. You like to tan, go to a tanning spa, it's cheaper to go there and have a lot less expensive apartment.
