I can't say enough positive things about this complex.


The apartments are well maintained with great appliances/carpet/storage/etc.


The tenants are very friendly and the office staff is helpful.


Great location, only a minute from Highway 55 and minutes from any store you?d ever need.


The pool is nice and there is a lifeguard on duty.


There is a small playground for kids and a basketball half court.


The neighborhood is very quiet. The complex has its own newsletter every two months announcing events such as free laundry days and pool parties w/ free food.


The only negative is that it is not an ideal place if you have a pet.
