I am currently a resident and believe that the problems that the other resident had was an isolated incident. I have had a few issues while living here, little things needing repair and such. The office staff has gone out of their way to accommodate and the maintainence men are superb! They are very friendly and effencient. Sure I hear noise from other residents once in a while but nothing extreme and in an apartment I would expect that. This is my first apartment experience in 25 years and the team at Richardson Place has made it very enjoyable and an easy transition. I would highly recommend Richardson Place Apartments!
