Nosey neighbors, wellfare people, Rip-off in more ways than I can list. less expensive (much) to move across the river into St. Louis County, after adding up all the fees and bills. Plus St. Louis county also has AAA schools and people are more professional behaving. Management is unskilled and unprofessional. Apartments and appliances are mediocre at best. But they want you to pay extra to update thier apartments when already paying top dollar. Should be redcieving much better services after what you will pay. Not pet friendly. Be careful.
