Very poor living conditions.

The slow response of emergency maintenance and lack of concern by the leasing office employees caused and exasperated damages caused by an exploded water pipe in the apartment above mine. It took over a week and three separate visits by plumbers for the pipe to be fixed. Unluckily during this week stale and stagnant water flowed into two pieces of my furniture, damaging and staining them. Village Green and its employees informed me that there were in mo way responsible and that no credit toward rent would be granted. Also I would be responsible for paying the insurance deductible with little chance of it being reimbursed. After living here for over three years and spending roughly $22,000 for the privilege I would say that this is unacceptable.
