Great Place to Live - Overall very fine place to live. Having been in the construction and design industry for a career can say that the buildings are well made compared to most of the newer complexes that have been built. A great place I moved in three months ago after selling my home and I love it! The Pool is great and I can work-out in the gym whenever I want. The girls in the office are nice. And all I had to do was call when I had a problem with my dishwasher and the maintenance guy was over within the hour.

noise I have been here two weeks and can not believe how much the apartment shake when someone slams their front door or someone runs up the stairs. the walls must be vert thin since i can hear what is said in the next apartment ,would not rent here.

I'v moved to richardson place a yr. ago and so far have been convinced this is a 2010 property of the year! Grounds are always kept up, maintenance will always get to your work order requests either same day you put them in or the next day, unlike other apartments i have lived in

Moved in 3-27-10 and loving it! I moved into a 1 bedroom Phase 1 apartment and I will admit, there's only one problem and it was handled within 1 hour. That issue is that the key didn't work right. Completely professional in it being handled.
