I was very happy with the complex. What really made me upset was 1 out of 2 nasty letters we received. After renewing our lease, our rent was raised by $10, the 1st month it was due I forgot and paid the regular amount. 2 days later, the 1st letter stated that if remainder of rent was not paid the matter would be turned over to the lawyers--no call nothing. The 2nd notice was a threat of eviction because one weekend we were apparently too noisey-I took proof to the office that the apartment was unoccupied for 4 days in which accusations were made and they said they couldn't do anything about it, threat still stood in effect. If that had not happened, we would have stayed another 6 months.
