I have been a resident for 2 years. Up front rent pricing (some of the most competetive in west county, and I LOVE TO SHOP) and a pretty laid back staff. Admittedly, I like to make some noise so I may not be the best judge for a quiet community, but the grounds are clean and the staff is always available. Beware the old couple in 525C, they have been there forever and seem to have vigalante approach to new neighbors.
