POISIONOUS spiders!

That's right....poisionous BROWN RECLUSE spiders. I have personally caught (on glue traps) and had identified (by outside professional exterminator-in person) several brown recluse spiders from traps in three different buildings (myself and friend's apartments). Kensington West will not treat all apartments with adjoining walls/nor publicize to their tenants that these venemous spiders are rampant on site. I would want to know if something was living in my building that when bitten, my flesh will die (they have necrotic poison).
There is no assigned parking, so if you live near the clubhouse (where the pool is located) good luck having your spot there when you return to your home in the summertime.

I think anywhere in Missorui you will have these spiders and if you are a dirty person who does not clean with bleach you will get many bugs. I also think that the parking is fine and if you have a problem with it you can rent a carport like most people do. I love living here and I like it so much better than Maryland Park and Prospect Creek-they h ad big bug and curry issues.

I think this kateyz3302 that has responded to everyone's bad reviews is the manager of this place!!! First of all, kateyx3302 you don't have any right to call someone's experience a lie (as you did in another review) and who the hell are you to make comments on everyone else's opinions of these apartments??? Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and you are making these apartments look WORSE by attacking everyone that did not ahve a nice opinion. I would never rent here based on the fact that I think kateyz3302 is the manager trying to make the renters look bad!!

I don't know who kateyz3302 is but I do know that brown recluse spiders are native to Missouri, so anywhere in Missouri with trees around is going to have spiders even brown recluses. It's silly to think that it's the management company's fault because there are spiders!
