I would have to say that this is one of the worst management companies ever. You can hear everything through all the walls even loud large sized dogs barking( when the pet policy was under 40 lbs- a much larger dog lives there that weighs around if not over 100 lbs). Spiders are awful, management is rude to you and if you have any problem be prepared to get chewed out before you even get to speak-ever wonder why their prices are soo cheap' Its b/c they have to rent them cheap or else no one would ever rent them b/c the apts are dirty, bugs infested, not sound proof, and bad management. I can not wait until I move and have a working a/c with out it going out of me every month or the ceiling of my apartment leak and them not doing anything about it for weeks and then they forget and get mad at me when I remind them that they have not fixed the roof again. I would Not Rent NO MATTER How CHEAP the apartment is. The only nice part was the social events, but I will not miss that once we move.
