Do NOT rent here!!!! Property manager is horrible and can not communicate with you, not to mention she is dating the maintanence man who came into my apartment numerous times when I was not home and ruined my furniture. He was supposed to be there for the 6th time was to try to fix a leak in my apartment again which made everything smell like cigarette smoke... including food that Ive had to throw away. Instead he was in my living room and got glue all over my brand new furniture I had for 2 weeks, sctatched my my kitchen chair, an unplugged my refridgerator and made all my food go bad! I put pictures below. No one at the corporate office will speak with you - instead you have to write a letter and then they wont even call you back after they recieve it, they make the property manager who caused all the problems get back with you. Parking completely sucks - there are not nearly enough spots and you either have to walk a mile or park in a non parking spot. When it rains, the common areas basically flood and you have to walk out to puddles since the buildings are located at the end of hills. The ceilings in many of my neighbors buildings whose units are on the top floor are leaking and the office says that they cant fix them because it is the roofings companys fault. Walls are so thin that I can here my neighbors caughing. Half the lights on the buildings are out... I had to buy a keychain light to find my key at night to unlock my door. And best of all, the property manager called the police on a pizza store for trespassing because they put flyers on the residents doors... so none of the residents can order food from that pizza place because the police will be called on their delievry drivers! I can not wait to get out of this spider-infested place!

Contace fair housing and the st louis apartment association and the BBB. I think she needed to be fired a long time ago. You are being discriminated against. Also the owners name ------------------ contact him. He needs to know how they are shes running his property. Hope that helped!

Gee, someone else who had problems w/ the maint. crew not doing their work? I had an a/c unit on the roof of my building thumping & jumping every time it turned on & yet, *no one* could every figure out which one it was to fix it. Also - had an issue w/ someone being in my place when I was gone w/o notice. Came home to find someone w/ blond hair had been in there & I'm not a blond. After a *strongly* worded letter, they went back to giving notice of request for entrance. Moved out 5 years ago and don't regret it at all! :p
