If you only want to live somewhere for only a year. Then plan on having your rent raised over $50.00 more each month in order to lease it again the following year. The staff are excellent but keep in mind that it is a coorporate run facility / residence so numbers are all that they really are concerned with, renters are only numbers to them. So good luck to you if you like only living at a place for just 1 year and don't plan to stay there any longer than that.
