I am currently living in these apartments and won't recommend them to anyone. My apartment just flooded from the ground up due to rain (which means bad foundation) and ruined $2,000.00 worth of brand new furniture. The property manger took over a full week to contact me on this matter and all they did was come and steam my carpet after a week of water being under the carpet. Can we say mold' The management team is rude and not welling to make things right with my apartment. It is in your best interest to look anywhere but Kensington West.
