we have lived at seven trails west for 4 months now. in our second month we had a small leak in our bedroom cieling. it took two days before they sent anyone from maintenance to check it out. then a few days ago it rained heavily two days in a row. both days our living room cieling leaked. we are on the ground floor with two arartments above us, they didnt leak. we have huge stains on our cieling now, some seven or eight feet long, and sagging/chipping paint. when we complained they sent someone to vaccuum the carpet for us. and that only because we threatened to move. they havnt done anything to make sure it doesnt happen again, or to fix our cieling. I reccomend no one ever rent from seven trails west. if you are thinking of moving to seven trails west I very strongly suggest you check out village green apartments about a mile away, we lived there when it was called mark twain apartments and wish we had never moved. the only problem we ever had was a light switch quit working, within five minutes they sent someone to fix it, and it only took him about fifteen minutes to get it working again. move anywhere else, but not seven trails west. you'd probably be happier in a cardboard box in an alley in east st louis.

Hmmm... ground floor apartment... yet somehow the leaks magically pass by their apartments and into yours. You think maybe the apartment above you had a leak problem from, oh I don't know a toilet or sink?! Wait, what am I talking about... you know what you're talking about. Man, the nerve of me.
