PARKING SUCKS!

Overall the apt is OK, watch out for parking, people hit your car and drive off several times. Ballwin police dont do crap about it. The walls are very thin. Beware of laundry room, infested with spiders and bugs! Otherwise it's a pretty nice place to live!
