I have lived at Seven Trails for two years now and should have left after the first. To start your, half of your security deposit is non-refundable. It has takens DAYS to fix problems such a broken sink and my heating and cooling systen has never worked properly after repeated request to fix them. Unless you like squirrels running through your vents at 5 in the morning, every morning dont live above the second floor. I even had squirrels chew through the drywall in the closest twice. Managament only cares about your money, and I was told that if I wanted to leave to go ahead because they could just fill it right away anyway. Dont be the one to fill it.
