We've lived in one of the townhomes for just over 14 months now & really like it. We are renewing our lease for another 9 months. It's really nice, a lot of space for the money & a good, safe location.

I can't say that mgmt is the best though. We really love the Asst. Manager, Marianne, but the rest of them we can do without. We have had some complaints about messy hoosier neighbors that took months to resolve, but all in all it's fine.

We are moving out of state at the end of the year & truly wish that we could just move our townhome with us - that's how much we love it.
