This place is horrible. On top of a very *unfriendly staff* they have a habit of loosing rent checks. I know of 6 people at this time, including myself, who are being evicted because they lost the rent and send letters out that say pay a certin amount and when you pay it they say you owe rent for the month as well and automatically send you to their laywers (who dont answer the phone). I would STRONGLY say avoid this place at all costs. It used to be great but the new management doesnt know left from right..Just wish someone would have warned me.

It seems to me that even if a check is lost, you just replace it. I mean, you're not out any money. You are friends with at least 6 other people who are all being evicted? I think that speaks enough for itself!

Management will provide you with a receipt, if you request it. I request one every month and keep it until my check clears. I have never had a problem.

I believe. They Lost my first month's rent Also. Although, the staff was alright. Be wary though, if your late it's a whopping $100 dollar late fee. The whole loosing rent thing was definitely a mark against them for future living in my book.
