I know I've said it before, and I'll continue to say it. This place is great!!! I have been here for some time, and the staff (even AFTER its high turn-around) still does their best to make us happy. The rent increases for renewals has jumped a bit, but it's well worth it to live some place where people actually care about you, and not just some place that has empty homes to rent to the first person in the door.

I see so many people complain about this and that... but it seems like most people forget they are renting an apartment, not purchasing a home. Problems happen as they do anywhere, but their staff does all they can to resolve the problem. Maybe people should try a more polite approach. They have a new manager who I have yet to meet, but I have heard all good things about.

Apparently the "great" manager and staff have nothing better to do but to post wonderful reviews about themselves. This place is an accident waiting to happen - awful maintenance, a freeway running directly through the complex, and bad attitudes from the staff. They could care less about a human being. All they care about is making a buck, and anyone's expense.

I live at Seven Trails and I know the staff is working hard for all of us living in this community. It is quiet, friendly, and the staff is doing everything they can to keep up with maintenance and grounds. Lots of amenities including workout, raquetball, tennis, and swimming. This is not a cookie cut apartment complex.
