Terrible management, the apartment next to mine has been vacant for a week with horrible smells from the 4 cats they had. They have done nothing even after several calls. Apartments very outdated, old fixtures and appliances, Brady Bunch color schemes. Maintenance is quicker to tell you what they can't do rather than just fix the damn discrepancies. I can't wait to get the hell out of this hole

Spot on. Maintenance must be the worst in the industry; they price themselves out like every day at Madison apartments is like the Luxor in vegas. I'm moving out right now as we speak. Orchard village is so much better value. I sure won't miss the crack dealers on log trail drive either.
