Been living in the apartment for about 7 months and I really enjoy it. I've only had a few minor complaints that needed fixed (garbage disposal, twice) and had someone come out within two days. Each time I called in to report about it, the staff was very nice. I haven't really had a problem with parking, but that could be due to having garages attached to my building.

Things I don't like - someone painted most of the house with a flat paint (not good when you have kids).
Sliding doors are drafty.

Things I like - love the layout of the apartment, the view out the big windows/door.
Parking has been good and my neighbors seem very nice.
The park is close by and is awesome if you have children
Staff is friendly and the pools are nice

I've never lived in an apartment before but living here makes me want to stay in one. I really enjoy it.
