My wife and I have live at 7 trails for about a year now...
When we first moved in there were a few problems, a stain, a door broken, a stair broke, water in the bathroom...We asked them to fix them, and of course they said "yes" a week in 1/2 later, the still havent come, and when they finally did come, they only fixed the water in the bathroom floor, and the stair, which was done half ass...

During the winter months our heater broke 4 times!!! The first time my wife was at home, and the guy came and just told her that "heat rises" and thats why it was so cold...mine you that it was 50 degrees in our apartment...2nd time I called and they finally figured out what it was. (I told them cause i have had the problem before)

We have made several complaints about the water heater pilot going out at least 2 times a week. Each time it goes out, we relight it so we can actually have a shower. Maintenance comes out, and says its working fine because the pilot goes out. When the water heater does work, we only get 5 minute showers.

As I look on the work orders, it doesn t even come close to what the real problem is that we explained on the phone. For example, out kitchen sink was clogged and the pipes broke, and the work order said Kitchen sink leak

A few people in the office are good people...and others not so good...one girl forgot to put a work order in...HOW DO YOU FORGET!!

I am glad we are getting out of the Apartment rigged place...alot of people are beacuse of maintance...

and now people are getting water bills which isnt even on there lease, and we dont even have water meters...25 dollar water bill...i never heard of such thing in my life...you get a bill from a out of state company, and they base your bill on how my sq ft you have...

lets not talk about them towing cars because there parked in a wrong spot...


All in all...beautiful grounds...crappy maintance...semi-ok apartments

we are not going to stay here and not recommending it to anyone else

Some of us actually have severe problems with parking. Maybe you don't, but some people can't even park anywhere close to their homes. They don't tow anyway....it's only empty threat. I doubt you've been towed.

They tried to tow are cars, but thankfuly we caught them doing so and explained the situation... ANOTHER THING I DONT THINK I POSTED...the windows and doors are very drafty, in winter, i can feel the air coming in... maintance still sucks Last week (7/6/08) we saw 4 moving trucks at differant locations...the parking lots are looking less and less full everyday...now buy papa johns pizza and get free rent! HA! they are begging for people

I agree with everything you have said. I had maintance come to my place for several things, one of which was the dishwasher. He told me to use the heater button and whatever was left on the dishes would come off with the heat and steam. Have you ever heard of anything so ridiculous. I told him that "I am not stupid" The rest of the stuff still has not been fixed and it is now 11 weeks on.
