Hi, I have lived at Madison at Seven Trails for almost 3 years now, and I love it! My family and I have been treated like royalty. The staff is very curtious, and always ready to assist you with any problems that you maybe having. While residing here, we have only had to have the maintence staff out for very minor things, (toilet handle, sqeaky fan motor), and all of the problems were fixed very fast and efficiently. The management and office staff are wonderful as well, they are always smiling, and always have a kind word. I love the fact that Madison's has courtesy officers on staff 24hrs a day, and that these officers live in the complex. This means that they have a vested interest in the quality of life here on property. We definately made the right choice by moving in here. I have refered several of my freinds here, and they all feel the same as I do. This community is a safe and wonderful place to live, and I hope to stay here for many more wonderful years.

Seeing as one only need check a box that says one is not an employee the system is clearly flawed. Why would another tenant who is happy with their residence bother coming to this site just to post insults to other tenants who post an unsatisfactory review? It's sad that we can't believe any good reviews and need to make decisions on based on those that get the best of the bad.
