the staff will lie to you so much just to get you in this dump. i have lived her only just a few months now and the parking is horrible and they promise you 2 parking spots. yeah right good luck. i have to park way far away and for the amount of money iam paying monthly thats redicilous. when i first came here to see the apartment -------had told me that their is a $165 occupancy fee so that the ballwin fire department can come and make sure that the apartment or townhome that you will be living in is safe and for like a walk thru inspection. uh well it turns out that my cousins stepmom works for the city of ballwin and she said that they are making up their own fees its only $40. then they just started charging you for water and renters insurance. also beaware of theives lock your cars and doors

I agree about the management staff. They need to get their act together. I have been lied to from day one.

Most places pay the water bill because its so cheap, this place is the onl place I have everseen charge fo water

That's interesting because I looked around at most every apartment in this area when I was moving and didn't find one that didn't make you pay for it... Some just add it on top of your rent, others charge a flat fee, but all of them made you pay for it. I know when I first started renting over 6 years ago a lot of places paid for it but now it's rare that that they do. Seems like a petty thing to complain about in the big sceme of things since as you said "it's so cheap"... Just curious why would you NOT have renters insurance unless you are just stupid. It's only to protect you and your belongings... And if you are seriously complaining about getting things stollen from your car when you leave the doors unlocked then I think that confirms you are in fact a moron...that's like sending an invitation to criminals to come on in!
