I have been a resident at Seven Trails almost 2 years and don't plan on leaving anytime soon. This is the first apartment I've lived in where maintenance requests are taken care of right away and not ignored for days. Sure I've had a minor complaint or two, but the property manager has always been reasonable and and understanding. Most managers seem to listen but nothing happens. I'd recommend this place to anyone!

I agree I have had a few minor complaints, but the manager is great. If you have a problem, she makes sure it is taken care of right away.

Agreed. I have been very happy with all the staff I've worked with so far-everyone is always nice and eager to help and that is a far change from the last dump I lived in!!
