If you look at this complex, it looks very nice but it isn't worth the stress. You can ask every leasing agent there the same question but you will always end up with a different answer. No one knows what they are talking about. The price was good when I moved in but thats because when things ae broken, no one fixes them. It has taken 6 months sometimes for them to fix an issue. I feel like I have to babysit them. If you don't call them everyday and remind them, nothing gets done. I have a window that was falling out of the frame and was losing all my air conditioning. They did't show up for 3 weeks. I also think its rediculous that when your lease is up, if you wanna go month to month, they jack up the price like 300 bucks a month
