To put it simply, Orchard Village was one of the worst decisions I have ever made in my life. The "office" staff does not care about anything, the maintance men are either stoned or drunk or in the process of doing getting that way if you are lucky enough for them to make a service call. Other problems with orchard village is they seem to accept anyone without any sort of screening process whatsoever. As with any apartment community, you will have a mixture of people, but at orchard village there is a "influx" of Middle Eastern people whom are rude and VERY confrontational! In summary I would have rather lived anywhere but here.

this is not true..i m also from middle east.but once he has bad experience with middle eastern people,does not mean that all of them are bad.evarywhere there is a mixture of bad and good people.is this person can firmly say that the people of his community are the world's best people..---- u man
