Where do I begin' First the rent was way to expensive for such a samll place. I mean I know west county's expensive but really. The outside looks great but the staff and maintence were the worst. The office lady's were rude and the maintence guys took forever to get something done. But when they would come they wouldn't knock, they would just walk in. They walked in my apartment while my friend was in the shower and she thought someone was breaking in. I had to ask for things to get fixed 3 and 4 times. The worst is when I went to the pool and the office and maintence people were drinking while there kids ran around everywhere. That's another problem. There were so many kids in the pool area, and on the streets and all without parent supervision. I literally almost hit 2 kids while I was there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. There are much nicer places on Manchester that have better staff and cheaper rates. vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
