Management doesn?t want to keep you happy once you are in... they jump through hoops to get you here. If you are able to take care of your apartment all on your own and can do the maintenance inside and out, then go ahead and rent from any Michelson property. If you need help with a problem, don?t rent here. When it?s good, it?s great. When there is a problem, it?s a continuous horror story. And when they get someone working for them either in the office or in maintenance they manage to run them off and leave us with the ones who are nice to your face but don't really give a hoot about the problems we all face.
