This place is an overpriced joke. I guess they charge what they do because of location, location, location, but the triple L isn?t worth it. The parking areas are extremely poorly lit... very unsafe. It takes too long to get a repair, and if you are lucky enough to get a call back from management it seems it is more of a chore for them than they are actually concerned. Please, drive past Orchard Village when you are apartment hunting.. but DON'T STOP. And lastly, the two positive reviews for this property are so obviously written by the office staff... they have plenty of time to do so since they aren't doing anything worth-while for the community.
