the place is cool! but their seems to never be any staff, the girls in the office are very nice and friendly, but their doesn't seem to be enough of them to get everything done. I had a maintance man curse me out twice, for no reason at all, and even if there was reason I would expect a little professionalism! when I first moved in one of the washers in my building was broke I called to have it fixed the first week which was in April, I called every week and it did get fixed until the end of june. I think that the lightly could be better around the parking areas but for the most part its cool. this is a family community so there are alot of kids, and dogs around, almost hit two dogs while coming home at night due to not being able to see them, I could live with almost all of this but the 2 things that have changed my mind is 1) the maintance men are horrible and they don't stay long enough to get anything accomplished, 2)if the girls in the office would at least follow up with you to let you know that they are at least working on the problem that you are having instead getting so busy and forgetting that you even called which makes you have to call several several several several times, count the severals that how many times you will have to call to get anything done, I wish I would have known about this site before I signed my lease!
