This is a great community if you like to have to call at least 5 times to get anything fixed, or you must know how to fix things. Me I had severals things wrong when I moved into my new apartment, I called for several months in a row to get the same thing fixed because the handy man said they were fixed then I go back and check his work and it would still be broke, so I just stopped calling, I dealt with the problems until my lease was up and then I decided to leave, there is a community right around the corner that has more room, and at least $100 cheaper
