I have lived at Orchard Village for almost two years now and would like to express my happiness as a tenant. I haven't had many maintenace issues, but when I did,they were
taken care of right away and someone from the office would call to make sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction. I have been in the office and the girls are alway busy but greet me with a smile and call me by name. I have lived in several apartment complexes due to my job and I do have to say I have received the best service and have had the best experience here. Also, they cater to the tenants at the awsome social events they throw. If you want a great place to call home, by all means rent here!
